Wall of Remembrance
The dedication of the extensions to the Sub-Branch’s Walls of Remembrance will be held on Saturday, February 25 commencing at 9 am. It is envisaged that the service will be of 15 minutes duration. Sub-Branch members are invited to attend the dedication and it would be appreciated if anyone wishing to attend could notify the Sub-Branch office by Wednesday, February 22 to enable seating, etc. to be arranged. A bus will be provided for anyone requiring transport to and from the dedication.
Annual General Meeting
A further reminder of the Sub-Branch’s AGM to be held on Saturday, February 25 commencing at 10.15 am. Only financial Sub-Branch members can nominate, propose, second and attend meetings. The positions of Chair (1), Vice Chair (1) and Directors (5) will be vacated and nominations are called for the ensuing two (2) year term. There are also 2 Director positions vacant for one (1) year. Nominations close at 1200 noon this Friday, February 18 and are available from the Sub-Branch office during work hours.
Legacy Laurel Club of Hervey Bay
The ladies will meet on Monday February 20 at the Hervey Bay RSL Club commencing at 2.00 pm. For bus pick up please phone Max on 4191 4461 before Sunday night.
